ECS Rail Resources provides short term labour resources to the Rail Industry, as well as training services tailored to the London Underground. The company was started after the success of various works by ECS Signage, who provide signage services to the Rail industry; in particular on the London Underground where they have over 30 years combined experience.

We pride ourselves on providing unique services which other labour and training providers can not match. Given the business activities of our sister company ECS Signage we have a unique insight into the demands and requirements of Rail works, particularly those on the London Underground.

As a Labour provider, we are committed to ensuring that the Operatives we provide have been vetted on an actual working site. We are not like other agencies, which have ‘screened’ or ‘verified’ their labour – all ECS operatives have physically worked in or with our sister company ECS Signage on our LUL/DLR Installation and Maintenance teams.

Additionally, we supply Labour & Plant combinations to make your Site Team and Procurement Department’s lives easier by having a one stop shop for the key common combinations. By being able to provide Access Towers, Ladders, Pull Testers, Chasing Plant, Cleaning equipment etc., our combinations can cover various work scopes.

As a Training Provider, we are unique in offering courses which are held ‘Pre-Shift’. Other training providers for LUL-environment works provide training courses during the day which is very costly, loses valuable shifts and causes an increase in logistical pressures from losing key personnel. By taking advantage of the ‘Pre-Shift’ time, we are able to offer training courses in conveniently located central London premises, where candidates can undergo the training and finish in time to get to any LUL Station in time for the start of normal shift.
